| Amendments To The By-Laws |

Last March 23, 2007, our members voted overwhelmingly for the amendment of two items in our by-laws. The first was the elevation of the Music Ministry into a full-fledged ministry and the re-organization of the Administrative Services Ministry, Budget and Finance Ministry, Community Affairs Ministry, and Ways and Means Ministry into ministries with staff functions directly assisting the Board of Trustees. Thus, Article VI of the By-Laws has been amended to read as follows: |

Article VI - Headcouples
SECTION 1. Headcouples. In order to assist the Board of Trustees effectively carry out the primary purposes of the Community, the Board of Trustees shall appoint Headcouples who shall head the following apostolates and ministries of the Community: |

1.1. Marriage Life Apostolate (MLA)
1.2. Family Life Apostolate (FLA)
1.3. Spiritual Growth Apostolate (SGA)
1.4. Outreach Apostolate (OrA)
1.5. Worship Ministry (WM)
1.6. Research, Training & Development Ministry (RTDM)
1.7. Music Ministry (MM) |

| The second amendment pertains to the requirement of the Philippine Center for NGO (Non-Governmental Organizations) Certification that by-laws of all members should carry the provision we inserted. The PCNC requirement ensures that donations and gifts received by members would be used for operations and not for administrative expenses like salaries, wages, vehicles, rent, and utilities. Our community aspires to be a donee institution and we could one only if we can secure PCNC accreditation. The section of our by-laws pertaining to administrative expenses, as amended, reads as follows: |

Article IX - Fiscal Provisions
SECTION 4. Administrative Expenses. The level of administrative expenses of the Community shall, on an annual basis, not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the total expenses for the taxable year. Moreover, not more than thirty percent (30%) of donations and gifts received during the taxable year shall be used by the Community for administration purposes. |
