Class 242 under the guidance of couple Leo Medy Bugarin as their Class shepherd, finished the 10 monthly Deepening Sessions on August 4, 2007 at the residence of Noni Baby Pascual in Agro Homes, Muntinlupa city.  The 10th deepening which also marked the first year anniversary of the Marriage Encounter Weekend of this class was facilitated by Jun Tambasacan.  Out of the original number of twenty-five couples, thirteen (13) couples came in the deepening.

Those who were present were Buboy Eva Damian, Manny Diego, Ray Vicky Elago, Bats Susan Embate, Pedring Loreth Evangelio, Manny Myr Gallego, Joer Benny Guadalupe, Philo Lucing Luansing, Val Nene Paller, Noni Baby Pascual, Alex Elvie Sagum, Joal Melody Santos and Jojo Icel Villamil.

Bro. Jun Tambasacan as a review, explained the significance of Topics 1 – 9 and allowed each participant to share their reflections and learnings in going through the ME program.  He supposes that a transformation has occurred in every one.  However, according to him, because of the change in outlook and way of life of the couples, many trials and temptations come in the way.  By this time, as couples, the way of life will be based on Gospel values and the love one feels now goes beyond the self and extends to social service.  The choice to continue to serve the Lord involves many tasks.  These may appear heavy but bro. Jun reminded them that with the support of one another, together with the mother organization, the Mater Dei M.E. Community and the promise of the Lord that HE will be with us in His Holy Spirit and the Eucharist, all responsibilities will be light.  “As you go along, you will enjoy the tasks and the feeling is just awesome”, he said.
