Praise the Lord!

Once again, the Holy Spirit manifested itself to the 29 participants (13 couples and 3 singles) of the 34th Maturing in the Spirit Seminar last June 27 to 28, 2009. The 2 consecutive days seminar was conducted by the Spiritual Growth Apostolate headed by Shepherd Noy Gay Manalo (this is their last term as head couple of SGA) at NAPOCOR Canteen Building, Agham Road, Quezon City.

We owe the success of this seminar to the outpouring support and prayers of all members of the community, the sponsoring class (258) headed by Shepherd Edwin Richie Rebollido, facilitators, Music Ministry and SGA workers.

We deeply appreciate the presence of BOT President Sam Asia. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to our invited speakers namely Bro. Tony Pat Rivera, BOT Treasurer Pris Vicky Contreras, BOT Vice President LJ Emma Garcia, Bro. Manding Leonorio of Class 228, BOT Assistant Secretary Demet Rose Araniego and former BOT Jun Adel Tambasacan.

Fr. Joey Guinto was assigned to handlethe last talk (Overcoming the Evil Spirit). Unfortunately, he didn’t do it instead he focused on the talk #6 which is “Overcoming the Flesh”. However, he gave an inspiring and very entertaining talk to all during the Holy Mass which he presided.
