Headed by Couples Jun Mylene Pineda, the Spiritual Growth Apostolate (SGA) conducts the Life in the Spirit Seminar (LSS) to enable the participants to face a new life with Christ as they deepen their marital relationship and their participation in the Mater Dei ME Community. Last October 3 and 4, 2009 at the NAPOCOR Canteen, Quezon City, the 83rd Life In the Spirit Seminar (LSS) was held with 16 participants mostly from the 2nd and 3rd batches of MEW graduates.

They were from MEW Class 265 under Shepherd Rommel Jocelyn Acierto - Val Fina Calugay, Rey Fely Carillo, Nestor Naty Dionisio, Jay Josie Flores, Ansel Baby Frades, Ayong Merly Gonzales, Noy Lyn Ilistrisimo, Lito Cel Marcelino and Buboy Che-che Ojenar. From MEW Class 266 under Shepherd Edgar Tess Capiral were Jerry Beth Arre, Felix Lanie Dagli, Cocoy Jenny Lavarias, Boyong Melba Libunao, Rey Sunta Samson, Ega Ana Sinerez, and Jer Let Valdez.
