The Community’s Family Fun Day will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2008 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the National Irrigation Authority Recreational Grounds, EDSA (near GMA Network), Quezon City with Tony Beng Pizarro acting as Over-All Couple Coordinator. 

Mechanics of the Events/Activities are as follows:

1. Team groupings will be based on the ending numbers of their M.E.W. Classes.

2. Each Team will be called according to the color assigned to them.

3. Each team will be headed by BOT representative as designed below:

BLUE TEAM (ending # 1,2,3) - Demet Rose Arraniego & Tom Marian Co
RED TEAM (ending # 4,5,6) - Samie Lulou Asia & Ljay Emma Garcia
YELLOW TEAM (ending # 7,8) - Mel Cherry Manuel & Stan Bimbo Santos
GREEN TEAM (ending # 9, 0) - Pris Vicky Contreras & Oggie Thelma Mercado

4. The Team Leaders shall be responsible for encouraging members of the classes
assigned to them to participate.

5. Participating members must wear the Color representation of their team.

6. Everyone is enjoined to participate. Hence no limit will be set for the participation in the sports/activities lined up for the day.

7. To help defray rental cost for the use of Basketball and Badminton Courts a minimal fee of P50/head for the Basketball 3 Point Shots Event and P100/head for the Badminton Match shall be collected from the participants.

8. Last Day of Registration of Members will be on October 10, 2008.

9. The Team Leader shall be responsible for preparing their respective line up for
each event and category and in monitoring their Team standing.

10. The Rules and Regulations for each game and event will be sent to the Team Leaders.

11. Individual Medals will be awarded to the Basketball and Badminton Category while Trophies will be awarded to winning Teams.

12. The tentative Scoring System is as follows (final allocation of points shall be decided upon by and among the Team Leaders and Over-All Coordinator):

13. Team Leaders shall be convened for the summation of the points and finalization of team standing.

14. BOT Representative Lorenz Weng Tabilog shall head the Board of Judges for any points of disagreements and protests. Issues must be settled with the Committee before the announcements.

15. The Team who garners the most number of points will be declared as CHAMPION.
