Hereunder are the highlights of the meetings of the Board of Trustees held in the month of January 2007 wherein a quorum was present
 
1. Handbook/Manual of the Community -  The Board approved the improved version of the Vision and Mission of the community, as follows

VISION – A community witnessing to Christ’s gospel of reconciliation in
individual, conjugal, family and community life.

MISSION – To build a Christian community whose members are loving,
caring and responsible couples and families for others through programs and activities that will –

- enrich, deepen & strengthen marriage and family relationships
- nurture spiritual growth
- render social services

The Board likewise agreed to furnish the head couples of the above for their comments/or suggestions on or before February 9, 2007.

The Board approved the following (subject to approval of the general membership in a Referendum to coincide with the Elections):

a. Apostolic Organization Structure (changes):
         BOT staff for:

a) Traditional/Special Events (1 CC and 3 CiC’s)
b) Central Secretariat (1 CC and 6 CiC’s)
c) Temporalities (1 CC and 3 CiC’s
d) Budget and Finance (1 CC and 3 CiC’s)
e) Publication and Information (1 CC and 2 CiC’s)

b.  Music Ministry (as a regular ministry) -  Head Couple and 1 CC

The Board agreed to meet again on February 4, 2007 after the TV Mass at the Asia residence to finish the Community Manual and Worker’s Handbook.

2.  Membership Meeting/Election:  In connection with the election of the Board of Trustees set on February 23, 2007, APangcog rendered the following report to the Board:

A.  Composition of the Committee on Election:

Abet Coy Pangcog - chosen Chaircouple of COMELEC
Freddie Miriam Santos - Member and Secretary
Joey Tong Petrache - Member and Assistant Secretary
Lex Myrna Malsi - Member
Bong Hermie Obrero - Member
Atty. Omar Mayo - Legal consultant for Comelec

B. Schedule of activities:

January 26, 2007 - Presentation of COMELEC to the community
                               Present guidelines of conduct of election.
February 2, 2007 - Publication of Comelec guidelines or any updates.
                               Distribution of application/nomination forms to members who are                                interested to become servant leaders or trustees
February 9, 2007 - Deadline for filing of application/ nomination
February 16, 2007 - Powerpoint presentation of list and qualifications of
                                 candidates (15 – 30 min.)
February 23, 2007 - Present candidates in person to the community
                                 Deadline for payment of annual dues for 2007 (for purposes
                                 of the election)
                                 To be eligible to vote, they should be members in good standing:                                  taken the MDMEC M.E.W  as of December 2006 and have paid their
                                 2007 annual dues.
March 2, 2007 - Election of the servant-leaders/Trustees after the Mass.
                          The same guidelines as in the last elections will be followed.

C. Membership Meeting/Election Notices -  LRBohol shall post the notices about the General Assembly on February 2 at the Violago Chapel. OMercado was tasked to request Fr. Bel San Luis, SVD to post the notice about the General Assembly and Election in the Manila Daily Bulletin.

D. Referendum -  SAsia shall inform Comelec about the following items that need to be ratified on March 2, 2007 at the same time with the election of Trustees:

1) Administrative expenses as required by the PCNC
2) BOT staff
3) Music Ministry as a separate Ministry

3. Request for a separate forum for the Shepherds and Coordinators/Co-coordinators - The Board approved this only for one time after which, MLA should render a written evaluation to the Board of the said two separate activities.

4. Celebration of the 16th anniversary on March 23, 2007 -  The Board
appropriated a budget for simple snacks and decors needed at the Violago Chapel in celebration of the community’s 16th year. The Community Affairs Ministry shall take charge of the preparation and distribution of food to members after the Prayer Gathering and Worship Ministry is in charge of the program. Both ministries shall submit to the Board the proposed food and budget for the assigned tasks prior to the said date.
