1. TREASURER’S REPORT:

2. TV Mass Committee:

OMercado reported the following net proceeds from the Healing Eucharist:

June 2006 – June 2007 P 160,000
July 2007 – November 2007 7,000

3. Keeping the Fires Burning Committee

3.1. MCo suggested that BOTs/HCs should be tapped as Gospel readers/ sharers. The Board instructed the committee to come up with guidelines as regards the suggestion.

3.2. The Board assigned Trustees to act greeters every Friday.

4. Stipend:

The following increase in stipends were approved by the Board:

Lay Speaker	P 1,000	P 2,000	P 3,500
Priest	1,500	2,500	4,000
Spiritual Adviser	1,500	3,000	5,000

Christmas Encounter (Christmas Party) has been moved from December 29 to December 28, QC Sports Club, 6PM.

The BOTs have been requested by Traditional & Special Events Ministry to donate
grocery basket as raffle prize.

4. MEFP Update:

SSantos reported the following:
4.1. Festival of Songs – few attendees from MDMEC
4.2. MEFP Board election is set January 2008

5. Planning Conference feedback

5.1.The Heads of Apostolates/Ministries should submit their Accomplishment Report/s every semester for easy monitoring. The Secretary will issue a Notice of Board Action to all concerned
