1. Issuance of new IDs – DRAraniego reported that the proposal/quotation from their lambs shall be submitted on Friday, April 19.

2. Livelihood - Survey forms were given out to members last April 18.  No feedback yet.  Further surveys will be given out and members will be instructed to return the surveys. LTabilog shall make a follow up with TESDA re: training of programs.

3.  MELSS  - Notice of Board Action shall be given to SGA HC for their evaluation on the recently conducted MELSS last March 29-30, particularly on outside speakers invited.

4.  Golf Tournament - There will be Bingo games during the Golf Tournament as additional fund-raising project and to keep other members busy/ entertained while the golf tournament is going on.  The following are in charge of:

5. Music Ministry - The Board approved the purchase of the following musical instruments/paraphernalia:

Mr. Danny del Rosario,  the first prize winner in the recently concluded raffle, opted for the cash equivalent of the motorcycle and donated P10,000 from the P40,000 he received to augment the cost of the purchase of musical instruments. The Board would like to extend its gratitude to Mr. del Rosario for his generosity.

6. Shepherding Seminar - The following attended the Shepherding Seminar held last April 12 at ELCO.  EGarcia and MCo conducted the seminar, assisted by Bro. Chok Aytona.

1. BMLopez, Class 248 – submitted their financial report to RVVenezuela but  have not given a copy to PVContreras.

2. Issuance of  new IDs - The Board approved  the quotation/proposal submitted (P70/person) with the following specifications:

1. size (credit card size) and format of ID shall be patterned after old ID, with bluish background;
2. revised vision/mission; sample of ID shall be prepared by SAsia for reference and guidance of  photographer/printer.

3. Music Ministry - JFGuballa presented/referred to the Board the quotations from Yamaha re: purchase of musical instruments which the Board approved. 

SAsia also gave a copy to JFGuballa of MEFP’s letter invitation in the forthcoming Songfest on November.  JFGuballa will discuss this with the Music Ministry.

4. Golf Tournament - Additional raffle prizes solicited by EJimenez like golf shoe bags, Samsonite utility bags, and two desk fans were delivered for safekeeping.

The Board assigned DRAraniego to handle purchase of major prizes – TV set, DVD player, washing machine, microwave oven.

5.  Treasurer’s Report - The Board took note of the Treasurer’s Report as of 22 April 2008, as submitted by PVContreras:

Nine (9) Board of Trustees were present during the election. The Board issued a new resolution for the Bank signatories and a letter informing the MEFP about the election shall be prepared.  DRAraniego were appointed as Asst. Secretary.
