1. Worship - EGarcia will donate a bag for the mass kit.

2. SGA - Speakers’ Workshop (part 2) is set on February 2009. The availability date of Fr. Domie shall be confirmed by VContreras.

3. RTDM – The details of the Fullness of Life Seminar scheduled on June 13, 2009 will be followed-up with FNLachica.

4. Music – The study/projection of the Music for a Cause project will be followed-up with JFGuballa.

5. M L A - SSantos reported to the Board the supposed reasons for the change of venue as regards the November MEW. VContreras will check the records regarding the deposit of P5k made by MDMEC with to SVD several years back. SAsia will write a letter to SVD on this.The Board will also request MLA to write letter to Maryhills re our reservations for 2009, furnishing them of our MEW Schedule. Deposit of P5K shall be made to Maryhills.

6. MLA Deepening Guide – this will be for up for review/comments by the Board during the January 2009 meeting.

7. Hands-free Microphone – the Board deferred the purchase of the hands-free microphone

8. TREASURER’S REPORT:
The Board took noted the Treasurer’s Report as of 30 November 2008, as submitted by PVContreras:

9. COMMITTEE REPORT:

1. KEEP THE FIRES BURNING – The Board approved the following as
suggested by the Committee:

1.1. Answered Prayer/s – Members who want to thank and glorify the Lord for their answered prayers shall be allowed to do so every first Fridays effective January 2009. However, sharing may not be limited to 1st Fridays only depending on number/s of those who are willing to share. The committee shall be in charge of contacting sharers and reviewing the content of their sharing. Sharing shall be limited to 3 to 5 minutes. LWTabilog are assigned to facilitate. NBA
shall be issued to Worship Ministry for proper information/
implementation.

1.2. Reformatting of 3rd & 4th Fridays to give way to some sharing
(individual/group)

a. 3rd Fridays – individual sharing on their reflection on
the Talk of Bro. Domeng. Bro. Domeng shall act as facilitator. This will take effect on January 2009.

b. 4th Fridays – group sharing after the talk of Fr. Domie, is deferred to 2nd Quarter.

1.3. Every 3rd Fridays as Chapter/Affiliate Day – The Chapter/
Affiliate shall be assigned as Gospel Reader/s and Prayer
Leaders. Worship Ministry shall coordinate with respective
Chapters/Affiliates.

1.4. Pledges - Pledgors shall be included in the intercessory
prayers and in the listing of birthday and wedding celebrators
published in the Updates.

10. M L A/Music Ministry - The Board approved as allowable expense the allocation of an additional room for the MEW Music Teams (1 room for instrumentalist, 1 room for Music Team). The board and lodging of the Sponsoring Shepherd Couple shall no longer be considered as an allowable expense effective January 2009.

11. SVD SOLICITATION LETTER - The Board approved the donation of P1K to SVD (c/o Fr. Bel San Luis) as mass sponsor in Dec. 24 TV Mass.

12. BOT MEETING WITH MLA – A special meeting is set on January 13, 8PM, ELCO. Agenda: MEW Policies & Guidelines, MEW Report., and other matters.
