2. Concerns :
2.1. Late submission of MEW Financial Reports – Class 248 and 249. RVenezuela promised to submit these reports as soon as possible.

2.3. Pick up of materials/equipment in ELCO – this shall be coordinated with AFernandez/RBCruz.
2.4. Increase in stipend of Team Priest – The Board approved the increase from P5K to P6K of the Team Priest’s stipend effective April 2008. Likewise, there will be an increase in candidates’ fee from P3,300 to P3,500 per couple due to increase of SVD Retreat House accommodation effective April 2008.
C. TEMPORALITIES -
RCatacutan suggested that, based from feedbacks she received from members of Mater Dei, the 10 consolation prizes be ten sacks of rice instead. The Board considered the suggestion but agreed that it might be inconvenient for the winner to transport a sack of rice. The Board approved the giving of P1,000 each for the ten consolation prizes.
