4. The Board shall have a special meeting with Heads of Chapters and Affiliates: Gen. T. de Leon, San Jose del Monte, Llano Groups on June 17, 2008, 8PM, ELCO.
5. Keeping the Fires Burning - It was agreed that the Board shall lead the members of Mater Dei in welcoming the new MEW graduates, effective July 2008.
All members are encouraged to welcome the new graduates. No one will leave the chapel until the welcome activity is done.
6. MEFP Letter of Invitation - Festival of Songs - The Board decided to beg-off in joining this year’s festival due to conflict in schedule. Date of song festival is Nov. 28, Friday, which is also our regular Prayer Gathering. |
