1. MUSIC MINISTRY
a. Music Ministry HC, JFGuballa, sought audience with the Board to present their project – Music for a Cause (tentative title), on Sept. 26, 2009 - to help generate funds for the MDMEC community center (lot/building). After presenting their project (venue, artist, etc.), they will submit a formal report, with projected cost/expenses, for the Board’s review and approval.
The Board also approved the following cash prizes in the song-writing contest recently launched:
1. Action/Joyful Song - P2,000 (winner)
1,000 (1st runner-up)
2. Worship Song - P2,000 (winner)
1,000 (1st runner-up)
b. JFGuballa shall submit the list of ME songs to SAsia for the updating of MEW Songbook, on or before 24 October 2008.
