1. MARRIAGE LIFE APOSTOLATE: RVenezuela & CAytona presented to the Board MLA’s MEW Schedule for 2009 - Date, Team Priest/Team Couples. The Board suggested to include other Team Couples that were not included in the schedule. MLA also informed the Board of another MEW Venue (April – December 2009) - ‘BUKAL NG TIPAN’, CICM Maryhill Compound, Antipolo.

2. TREASURER’S REPORT:

The Board took note of the Treasurer’s Report as of 23 September 2008, as submitted by PVContreras:

Cash in Bank (Savings/Current Account) P 230,702.69
Special Deposit (Lot/Building Fund) 701,000.00

3. The Board approved the following:
3.1. Donation/bank interest of P501,000 and Fund raising proceeds of P200,000 shall be earmarked exclusively for the purchase of lot/building project of MDMEC.

3.2. Effective January 2009, the stipend to be given during MEWs shall be as follows:
·       Team Priest - P6,000
·       Team Couple - 2,000/couple
·       Instrumentalist - 1,000
·       Music Team - 1,000

Songbook for MEW shall be given to candidates effective January 2009

4. 2009 MDMEC’s Schedule of Activities - The Board reviewed and
finalized the community’s activities for 2009 based from the Planning
Activities submitted by the different Apostolates/ Ministries. This will be
taken up in the Planning Conference on 26 October 2008, 8am-5PM,
Napocor, QC.

5. BOT RETREAT - The Board will have its first-time ever retreat on Sept. 27-28, 2008 at St. Charles Borromeo Retreat House, Tagaytay City with Fr. Domie as the Retreat Master.
