1. ELECTION OF MDMEC OFFICERS:
The following were elected as MDMEC Officers for the year 2009-2010:

2. Correction on Golf Tournament sponsor: should be People’s Air Cargo.
3. TREASURER’S REPORT: The Board took note of the Treasurer’s Report as of 30 April 2009, as submitted by PVContreras:
Cash in Bank (Savings/Current Account) P 137,664.39
Special Deposit (Lot/Building Fund) 718,000.00
VContreras also reported the following:
1. TV Mass Committee donation of P19,900.00 for MDMEC’s
18th Anniversary.
2. Golf Tournament, April 26, 2009 – MDMEC generated net proceeds
of P97,338.75. Collectibles from other sponsors is around P60K c/o EJimenez.
4. FULLNESS OF LIFE - tentatively set on July 25 & 26, 2009.
RTDM shall conduct survey on interested attendees and shall have intensive information campaign to generate maximum attendance. Seminar fee: P250/person. Discounts shall be given to early payers. Special meeting is set on May 12 with RTDM & resource person/facilitator. SAsia will communicate with NDelgado on this.
May 12 is also the regular meeting of BOTs with HCs.
5. CONCERT FOR A CAUSE – the Board, c/o CManuel will follow-up with Music Ministry their progress/preparation for the concert.
