1. Concert for a Cause - JFGuballa, Music Ministry Head Couple, reported through CManuel that the following affiliates have confirmed their participation and support to this project:

a. San Jose del Monte Prayer Group
b. Banal na Sakramento
c. Holy Mother of God

Other communities like Ina ng Diyos and Gen. T. de Leon Group will confirm their participation later.

2. Pledgor’s Column – The Board approved the lay-out of the Updates insert prepared by EGarcia and publication of the same shall be done every two (2) months.

3. Stipend for FEW - The Board approved the increase in stipend of team families from P2,000 to P3,000.

4. Golf Tournament - The Board approved the holding of the 4th Golf Tournament on April 26, 2009. Venue: Veterans Golf Club (tentative). A special meeting with the golf committee is set on March 1 at Victoria Bldg. Quezon Ave.Temporalities and TS&E will also be involved in this project. Another Special Meeting with the Golf Committee, Temporalities & TS&E is set on March 10, 8PM, ELCO.

6. Visioning/Medium - Long Term Planning Seminar, March 7 & 8, 2009, The Covenant House Retreat Center, Dasmarinas, Cavite.

The Board of Trustees and Head Couples will have a continuation of the Visioning Workshop and a Medium/Long Term Planning Workshop.

7. MEW Recruitment Committee - LTabilog suggested the creation
of a Recruitment Committee (outside of MLA) to concentrate only in recruiting candidates. During the discussions, it was suggested that the committee could try recruiting or explaining what ME is all about during PTA meetings at schools, religious gatherings, socio/civic meetings, etc. SAsia brought out the idea that the Council of Elders may consider this as part of their advocacy. SBSantos will discuss this with the Elders.
