1. REPORTS FROM MARRIAGE LIFE APOSTOLATE:
1.1 Untoward incidents during the July MEW at Maryhills Retreat House, Antipolo as relayed to the Shepherds of the Sponsoring Class (Shepherds Bobby Adora Mabesa) by the Administrator of the retreat house:
- picking of fruits like santol and avocado from trees
- children running and playing around; one child even killed a fish in the pond
- litter/garbage left by haranistas
- bringing of food to restricted area, i.e. conference room
Suggested control measures by MLA and approved by the Board:
- bringing of kids shall be discouraged during Weekends; if small children cannot be left at home, they will only be restricted to a portion of the parking area.
- marshalls wearing white vests shall be posted in the Retreat house during harana.
- MLA will have reminders during the prayer gathering for strict observance of the Retreat House rules and regulations
- Members who would like to assist the sponsoring class during the MEW may be allowed to do so only if they would limit themselves to the vigil/prayer room. Should the sponsoring class need the assistance of auxiliaries for other activities during the weekend, prior consent should first be obtained from the MLA head couple or the MEW chaircouple.

1.5. NManalo is requesting for:
a. Holding of special Shepherding seminar for couples ETCapiral & OLRoxas, subject to Board approval.
b. Assigning of all incoming shepherds to Worship, SGA, Music Ministry, for exposure.
c. Repair/maintenance of MEW sound system c/o NManalo/ SAsia. The Board approved the budget of P5K.
1.6. Schedule of MEW Team Couples shall be prepared by MLA.
2. MUSIC MINISTRY: FGuballa updated the Board on:
- lights & sounds
- met with the director regarding flow of program/activities
- made down payment with “The Company”
- music ministry practice – Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
- met with other group participants (affiliates)
- met with HCs; assigned persons to take charge in the collection/follow-up of tickets
- only 50 pcs. of unsold tickets

- Fr. Domie – 8 letters were given to Fr. Domie for his solicitation
