1. Golf Tournament Committee:
- EJimenez agreed to sell 40 golf tickets. A total of 75 tickets are already out. MDMEC paid P2,000 as reservation fee to Veterans Golf Club.
- One (1) tarpaulin was given to TRCatacutan/RSRey for set up at the venue. Sponsors should come in by 1st week of April.
- Eleven (11) backpacks and ten (10) shopping bags for raffle were solicited by EJimenez.
- Special meeting is set on April 7, 8PM with Temporalities & TSE.
- Donations for raffle: SAsia – rice cooker or equivalent and EGarcia – oven toaster
- the Board approved the ‘Brick layer’ club suggestion of LTabilog (a fund-raising project for the community center)
- cost of bingo tickets: P50 (3 games)
- water dispenser/mineral water – c/o NManalo
2. TREASURER’S REPORT: The Board took note of the Treasurer’s Report as of 24 March 2009, as submitted by PVContreras:

3. Planning Workshop Feedback
- Recruitment – The Board retains the existing rules/guidelines in recruitment, with its strict enforcement to be implemented and supervised by MLA.
- The Board approved the holding of meeting with incoming shepherd and the sponsoring shepherd (as post evaluation). This will take effect March 2009. Sponsoring Class Shepherd Dong She Garay for March, shall be invited c/o TMCo
- Creation of Screening Committee for MEW Candidates – for further deliberation of the Board.

1. Music Ministry -- FGuballa met with BLBensali of PCSO and was requested if it was possible for the community to be an accredited agent of PCSO to sell tickets. Ten (10) per cent of sales will go to Mater Dei and 10% of the prize, if the winning ticket is sold by MDMEC, would go to the community. The Board will meet on this.
Concert for a Cause - Music Ministry will meet with TSE and temporalities re ystem/control in distribution/selling of concert tickets.
2. Golf Committee Preparations:
- solicitation letters shall bear acknowledgment of donation in the lower portion of letter.
- Thank you letter/card and Mater Dei key chain (minimum P2,500) shall be given to sponsors. The Treasurer shall issue the ‘thank you’ letter.

- Bingo Social c/o TSE & Temporalities -- cost of bingo ticket: P100 (3 games); printing of bingo tickets c/o Temporalities
- Golf ticket cost: P1,500, inclusive of green fee, caddy fee, lunch, prizes (raffle/trophies)
- Wrist band shall be given to players for identification
3. MEFP LENTEN RECOLLECTION, April 9, Maundy Thursday, Teatro Enrile, Camp Aguinaldo, QC:
- Needs Lay Ministers--c/o NManalo.
- Needs one (1) representative from MDMEC to act as one of the apostles. Suggested apostle: Ding Cañezares.
