1. Music Ministry - JFGuballa reported/presented the following regarding the forthcoming Concert for a Cause:

• Practices with the Trainor are done every Saturday.
• Bro. Raymond Salvacion volunteered to help with the lights and sounds.
• Headcouples will support and are in charge of the monitoring of Tickets.
• Total of 1000 tickets will be printed out; monitor payment
• Distribution of tickets:
• Total of 160 Tickets - 40 Tickets per affiliate will be distributed – Mater Dei Choir, Gen. T. de Leon, SJDM, and Holy Mother of God.
• Total of 90 Tickets - 9 BOT – 10 pcs / trustee couple
• Total of 130 Tickets – 10 Head couples – 10 pcs / head couple + staff
• Total of 18 Tickets – Team Couples – Valentin (2 pcs), Ventura (2 pcs), Lagman (2 pcs), Depano (2 pcs), Montales (2 pcs), Zamora (2 pcs), Ortiz (2 pcs) , Tambasacan (2 pcs), Sityar (2 pcs)
• Total of 60 – Complimentary Tickets
• Deadline for last Remittance of Tickets is on September 12, 2009
• Temporalities – Lay-away plan for payment of tickets.

25 Minute Program in the Launching of Concert for a Cause:

• Meeting with Fr. Domie regarding Dulce as guest artist – May 27, 3:00 pm, together with the Committee Heads.
• Bookmarks  – will be distributed to members together with stalks of wheat to symbolize unity.

• “As Grains of Wheat” will be sung on launching day (June 5, 2009) and possibly every Friday thereafter so that the community may be familiarize with the song and could join in during the concert

2. MEFP Raffle tickets given to Mater Dei are for “Pondo Para sa Apostolado”

3. Youth MSS scheduled last May 23 & 24 was canceled due to very low attendance of participants - only five (5) participants were present.

4. RTDM – Facilitators for the Fullness of Life Seminar could not available on dates suggested by the Board. Bro. Nono Delgado has requested the Facilitators to give MDMEC time during the third or fourth quarter of the year.

2. Family Life Apostolate - DSMayor reported that

- twenty one (21) candidates attended the SADEW; FLA incurred a deficit but donations are still coming in deficit;
- for FEW, they highly encourage paying family candidates.

3. Traditional & Special Events - NLMorales reported that the Family Fun Day shall be on October 10. They are targeting the Marikina Sports Center as the venue.

4. Outreach Apostolate - REMalicdem announced that ORA will
have its Medical/Dental Mission in August 2009. Beneficiaries are MDMEC members from San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. Other ME Classes who have already finished their 10th Deepenings are enjoined to participate this outreach program. ORA should regularly coordinate with MLA on this activity.

5. Spiritual Growth Apostolate – NManalo reported SGA’s activities:

- MELSS – 38 persons attended
- Youth MSS – May 23-24, 2009, NAPOCOR
- MEMSS – June 27-28, 2009, NAPOCOR

6. RTDM – SAsia relayed what NDelgado reported to him as follows:

- Fullness of Life to be rescheduled. Date to be determined later upon the availability of resource speakers and to have enough time to invite participants from Mater Dei and other communities. Seminar fee: P250/person.

II. OTHER MATTERS:

1. Installation of Workers – 1st Friday, July 3, 2009.

- Submission of list of workers per Apostolate/Ministry - 22 May 2009

2. Golf Tournament:

- Net Proceeds as of 12 May 2009: P133,838.75

3. Disposal of obsolete and dilapidated office equipments – The Board approved the request of General Services Head RBCruz in the disposal of obsolete and dilapidated office equipments. Proper controls should be observed and a report shall be submitted to the Board.
