2. Minor revisions/changes made by RSalvacion (Director)--Replacement of duet number:  ‘When you Believe’ to ‘I Believe I Can Fly’ to be performed by Melvin Montales. 

3. Additional P1,500 for another song arrangement for instrumentalists.

4. Additional fee of P8K for extra hours of air-con (Philam) on concert Day  – 2PM onwards.

5. Tip to Philam caretaker – P500

6. Additional food for technical crew – 20 persons
